Luke Stokes scored an unbeaten fifty as Lanna Thais made 122 for 7 in their 20 overs as cricket got underway at 9.30am on Sunday morning. Lamphun started well as 3 for a wide kept the scoreboard ticking over but three wickets for Elliott Lodge turned the tables and Richie George could not inspire the young Lamphun team to another victory.
Lanna had not won any match this season either 11 aside or in the Gymkhana Sixes but the win drought was ended by Lanna Thais who defeated Lamphun by 42 runs as they bowled them out for 80.
